These are the terms and conditions for orders placed on yasminflowersmiami.com, Yasmin Flower Corp.'s website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
Yasmin Flower Corp. is a florist based in Miami, Florida, with no storefront open to the public — we work by order, with pickup or home delivery within our service area.
How to order
You can build and pay for your order directly on the site, or message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. Bouquet photos are for reference — accessories (crowns, ribbons, etc.) cost extra and are added when you place your order.
Payment
We accept payment via Zelle. Your order stays pending until we confirm the full payment has reached our account. If your payment was sent incomplete or to the wrong recipient, contact us right away — we can't start preparing your order until we confirm the correct payment.
Order minimum
There is no minimum order amount.
Pickup
Pickup is free. Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am–7:00pm, Saturday–Sunday 9:00am–3:00pm.
Home delivery
The delivery fee depends on the distance to your address — you'll see it calculated before confirming your order. Delivery hours are the same as pickup. We need a minimum of 3 hours to prepare a same-day order. If no one is home to receive the delivery, we'll leave it at the door or wherever you told us when placing your order.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your order a week or more before your delivery or pickup date, we'll refund you in full. If you cancel less than a week before, we can't offer a refund. If we need to cancel your order — for example, due to unavailable flowers — we'll offer you a similar arrangement instead.
About the arrangements
Each arrangement is handmade with fresh flowers, so there may be small variations in color, size, or specific flowers compared to the site's photos, depending on the day's availability. All site photos are for illustration purposes only: they show an example of the arrangement and don't guarantee its exact appearance, including that of any selected add-ons (ribbons, crowns, lights, etc.), whose final placement may vary.
Liability
We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives as expected, but we're not responsible for delays outside our control (like weather or traffic), or for an incomplete or incorrect delivery address you provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

We may update these terms from time to time — the last-updated date appears above.
